  • Service Quality Concerns:

    Refunds may be issued if:

    • Generated stories consistently fail to meet quality standards
    • Service features are unavailable for extended periods
    • System performance significantly impacts usability

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Used Credits:

    Credits that have been used for:

    • Successfully generated stories
    • Story storage upgrades
    • Feature unlocks or premium services
  • Policy Violations:

    No refunds will be issued if:

    • The account has violated our terms of service
    • The purchase was made fraudulently
    • The service was used in violation of our content policy

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
